DAY-2 (BODY)
MY TASK IS THAT I HAVE TO DRINK ATLEAST 2 LITRES OF WATER ….
Many of think is this even a challenge , but for me it is....I won't drink water properly always get a scold from my mother... I know the importance of drinking of water still, I'm mostly inert to drink water and then fall ill....
Ok, lets see why water is more important for our system
- flushing out waste from your body
- regulating our body temperature
- helping our brain function
- helping our digestion
- improve blood oxygen level
- mainly it's helps us to reduce our wait ( want to reduce ur weight drink as much as water u can 😜😜😜 )
- it helps us to control our hypertension
So, I request u all drink as much as water you can it not only good for your body but also sometimes it will lift your mood😇
