Teacher should be one, who will identify the student talent and interest and enhance it  For that best example is Dhrona Achayara in Mahabharata, before teaching something he identified their interest and Capabilities, and he thought them. Today's education system forgetting that individual have different perception in learning, each one have different levels of grasping and understanding levels and interest.
